At Pretty Kitty Fashion, we want you to feel fabulous in your vintage-inspired find; if it isn't a perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix your generated shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
